During the working process, the driver completely agreed with the violation according to the reflected content and accepted to be handled according to the provisions of law.
Ninh Binh Provincial Police Traffic Police Department made a record of violation for the act of not complying with traffic light signals for driver Tran Anh H; fined 19,000,000 VND; deducted 4 points from the driver's license.
