Here are some things that should never be used for oily skin, shared by Dr. Rinky Kapoor, dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon at The Esthetic Clinic (India).
Coconut oil
Thick products should avoid applying oil to the skin because they will create an additional layer on the skin and prevent the skin from being breathable. Dust will accumulate under the skin, leading to problems such as itching and rashes. That is why you should not apply coconut oil to oily skin.
Besan
Besan is one of the most popular basic ingredients in skin care masks. However, you should stay away from this ingredient if you have oily skin. Because people with oily skin often have large pores, that is why they are allergic to certain things. Therefore, before applying anything to your face, you must carefully check whether it is suitable for your skin or not.
Oil wax
fossile wax has many benefits but is rarely suitable for oily skin because of its thickness. In addition, it clog pores and prevent the skin from breathing properly. In addition, using it with lemon juice will also not work.
Almond oil
If you have oily or sensitive skin, you should also stay away from almond oil. Because using almond oil can lead to acne and make your nose area extremely oily. Instead, you can use tea tree oil for oily skin.
