
Natural essential oils
lavender, rosemary, mint and tea tree essential oils have long been known to improve hair health. Just add 3 - 4 drops of essential oil to the shampoo, mix well and use as usual. Do it regularly 2-3 times a week to increase blood circulation to hair follicles, support the treatment of scalp problems, reduce breakage and stimulate natural hair growth.
Olive oil and oil bidding
Olive oil and castor oil are popular ingredients in hair care, making hair soft, strong and reducing hair loss. Just add 1 tablespoon of oil to the shampoo, stir well and wash as usual to maximize the hair growth stimulant from these two oils.
Onions, lemons and aloe vera
sulfur-rich onions help thicken and strengthen hair; lemons contain vitamin C, fiber and have strong antibacterial properties; aloe vera has the ability to moisturize and remove dandruff. Just mix 1 tablespoon of onion juice, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice or 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel with shampoo, apply it evenly to the scalp and rinse.
Liquid mixture
Rose water, rice water and apple cider vinegar are simple options for intensive hair care. Rose water balances scalp pH; rice water adds amino acids, vitamins; apple cider vinegar helps reduce frizz, relieve itching. Just add 2 - 3 drops of the mixture to the shampoo, massage gently and then rinse to feel the clear effect.
