The concept of "not leaving
Although in her 30th week of pregnancy, Ms. Bui Thuy Lieu, a gardener at Con Son Agricultural Tourism Cooperative (HTX), is still busy cleaning and taking care of her garden. Here, cleaning is not just cleaning but starting a new cycle of waste life.
For Ms. Lieu, the concept of "letting go" seems to do not exist. After serving tourists to admire, the peel will be kept as food for snails. The amount of snails growing in the garden becomes a source of nutrition to feed the duck flock. That flock of ducks continues its cycle to serve visitors. Thanks to that, the natural tourism cycle has just formed at Ms. Lieu's tourist attraction, contributing to realizing the goal of green transformation for smokeless industry in Can Tho City.
The green trees here are all cared for with organic fertilizer, even the items are made from environmentally friendly materials. The number of customers we target is not only new customers, but also returning customers, returning to peaceful spaces and loving the environment" - Ms. Lieu said.
And at Cong Minh garden house, local lifestyles such as raising bees or making explosive rice flakes also completely say no to plastic waste. Environmentally friendly items and agricultural by-products are maximally utilized as fuel.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh shared: "To do ecotourism, the core is to be clean and authentic. I take advantage of dry leaves and rotten firewood in the garden as fuel to both preserve the taste of the homeland for dishes and not burden the environment.
In fact, if you have the opportunity to visit Con Son, visitors will see that along the walkways there is always cool shade of green trees. Flowers and grass are also regularly renovated and trimmed. The roadside trash cans are baskets woven from bamboo with the message: "Give me trash" or "Environment is life".
Traveling to Con Son to see that is a very different space in modern life. Here, I am even more aware of the responsibility of littering in the right places, recreating what I thought should be thrown away. In general, going out must also protect the environment" - Mr. Nguyen Nam Nhut (An Giang province) said.

Creating green space
Thanks to the existing foundation on the fertile land, the green transformation journey is becoming a trend in Con Son. However, people are always concerned about how to be worthy of what nature has bestowed.
Ms. Le Thi Be Bay, tourism advisor at Con Son - commented: "Before I came here, people loved nature and knew how to protect the environment. As soon as we set up a tourism platform, we continued to discuss long-term solutions with the goal of green tourism regeneration, creating a difference from other tourist destinations in the Mekong Delta region.
According to Ms. Be Bay, besides the self-efforts of each garden, opinions from experts and tourism and culture researchers will bring very high value to Con Son people. Cooperative members continue to listen to feedback and recommendations from tourists, individuals, and organizations with the same ideals to diversify deep experience products, focusing on minimizing negative impacts on the environment.
In addition, Con Son needs more synchronous investment in wastewater and waste treatment infrastructure from the government and local authorities.

Con Son currently has about 65 households living there, of which more than 30 households directly participate in tourism and 20 households are linked in the Agricultural Tourism Cooperative. The special thing is that people agreed to keep over 90% of the green area and natural water surface, maintaining a sustainable ecological landscape.
