7 days in Switzerland, Ms. Phuong Linh (31 years old, Hanoi) experienced different levels when staying in many areas. When at home, Switzerland in her imagination is always associated with the image of high mountains and green meadows. Passing through Lugano city bordering Italy, arriving at Ulrichen village in 2 days and visiting Zurich city, the pieces of this country gradually appeared with different terrains and weather.
Peaceful dream
Transferring from Strasbourg by train and bus, stepping down to Lugano, Ms. Linh immediately felt the heat of summer in Switzerland. From France, the summer weather is still cool, but in Lugano, the weather seems more like Italy.
The second thing that attracts female tourists' attention is the Mediterranean-print beauty of this city. This is a land loved by many tourists every summer. Here, outdoor enthusiasts can completely hike, cycle or roam.
Ms. Linh shared: "The park in the center of Lugano is especially loved by local people in the summer. Two out of three days of stay, our family comes to this park to enjoy relaxation here. The highlight in the park is Lake Lugano. Most people here really like to spread towels and sunbathe on the spot. In the summer, the sun sets quite late, it's only about 9 pm - 10 pm when it's completely dark.

Lake Lugano has clear, cool water, surrounded by majestic mountains. From here, visitors can also easily move to Lake Como - one of the most famous destinations in Northern Italy. Lake Como is known as the most charming lake in Italy, famous for the snow-covered Alps surrounding it and owning picturesque villages. With an area of about 146km2, this is also one of the deepest lakes in Europe.
One afternoon, wanting to enjoy Italian lunch, we drove a car across the Swiss border to Lake Como. Being taken out to eat by a "local" friend, the whole group was excited. Passing through small stone-paved alleys, people coming in and out were crowded, in contrast to the peaceful ancient village of Comano where we lived. But, interestingly, when driving a short distance, we had gone to another country, enjoying a different culture," the female tourist expressed.
Subtle beauty
After days in the border city of Lugano, Ms. Linh and her family moved to another area. The whole group stopped at Ulrichen, a village in the Goms region, Valais state, Switzerland. It was a peaceful village surrounded by towering snow mountains and lush green meadows stretching to the horizon.
Solid wooden houses built on a green background. A small wooden bridge spanning a jade-like stream. An ancient train painted dark brown slowly passes through a peaceful village. That moment is no different from footage in the world of cinema.
I have never felt my heart so light and relaxed when I stepped here. Although this is just a village where we stayed for 2 nights and may move from here to other famous attractions, this village really brings me different feelings. Not as bustling as Lugano in Ulrichen, the air is fresh, cool, and green patches connect together," Ms. Linh happily said.

The female tourist spent a lot of time walking around the village to admire that gentle beauty. She added: "I have been walking for almost an afternoon and still feel that I am not connected enough with the nature here. I just walk, then lie on the lawn again to admire the blue sky without a cloud, take photos, record videos and then run to try to fully enjoy the atmosphere.
From Ulrichen, Ms. Linh's whole group drove to Interlaken to visit the famous lake here. Brienz Lake impresses with its characteristic turquoise water color, created from melting ice in the Alps. The scenery around the lake is peaceful, surrounded by mountains and small villages.
Nearby is the ancient Chapel wooden bridge, one of the most famous symbols of Switzerland in Lucerne city. Built in the 14th century, the wooden bridge spans the Reuss River, creating a scene that is both ancient and romantic.
Right next to the bridge is a water tower that used to be used as a warehouse, prison and watchtower. Despite experiencing the 1993 fire, the bridge has been restored almost to its original state and is still a check-in point that visitors cannot miss.
On her last day in Switzerland, Ms. Linh came to Zurich to stay. As a major financial center in Europe, Zurich stands out with a harmonious combination of modern rhythm and ancient beauty located next to Lake Zurich. Strolling in Altstadt Zurich, visitors can easily feel the historical imprint through each small street, interspersed with sophisticated cafes and shops.

Ending the long trip, what remains about Switzerland in Ms. Linh is the delicate beauty of each land. 7 days is not long but not too short, enough for female tourists to feel the "expensiveness" of this country - where each experience comes at a not cheap price.
