I have had the opportunity to work with Lao Dong Newspaper for many years, both as a collaborator and guest writer on the program "Sports Perspective". My most obvious feeling after each broadcast, after each step into the newsroom is the professionalism, serious investment and constant efforts to innovate of one of the oldest press agencies in Vietnam.
For me, the studio of Lao Dong Newspaper is one of the modern and methodical studioes that I have commented and shared. All equipment, lighting, and layout are carefully arranged, clearly expressing the development orientation towards multi-platform, multi-medium.
Many major newspapers are moving towards Multimedia, in addition to paper newspapers, focusing on developing electronic online newspapers and television. But to promote this trend in sports, Lao Dong is one of the outstanding news agencies and the "Sports Viewpoint" program is a typical example.
With more than 200 issues on air, the show showed incredible endurance. To maintain such a long journey, not only requires enthusiasm but also proper investment, from content to technique. What impressed me was that the team always chose topical sports topics, not limited to football but expanding to other sports, both behind and outside the scenes.
Guests were carefully selected, with the right expertise, and had the opportunity to see detailed scripts before being broadcast as well as have enough time to comment and share. Even the filming schedule is "different" according to the time of guests, something that not every press unit can do. Looking at the guest list that has been broadcast on "Sports Perspective" of Lao Dong, I believe that the newsroom has great prestige, creating trust with experts and readers.
In addition, I have also written articles for Lao Dong's Sports section many times. I understand the strictness of the editing process of the news agency. Once, I had to edit and edit many times before being approved for posting. But that is what makes me see the seriousness and responsibility of the reporters. The sports writers here, although not from specialized newspapers, are all highly specialized, quick to adapt to the latest news and constantly refresh their expressions. There are "hot" news that I know first of all are Lao Dong Newspaper, typically the fact that Quang Nam Club will not participate in V.League 2025-2026.
On the occasion of Lao Dong turning 96, I hope the Sports section and the "Sports Perspective" program will continue to promote their strengths. Hopefully, there will be more quality programs, fully exploiting the strengths of the studio, diversifying content and continuing to be a trusted address for sports-loving readers nationwide.

Currently, the press now competes fiercely, every newspaper must innovate, must invest heavily in production capacity. To have good content, first of all, there must be good content. But that material is not natural, it must be in practice, it must be observed, it must be rolled. The team of reporters and editors of Lao Dong Newspaper also need to continue to improve and practice. When the content is good, the program will have its own color, to retain viewers.
I also noticed that the show often changes the host, that is an interesting point. It creates novelty, helping the show not get bored.
