On the morning of September 1, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024), in My Hoa ward (Long Xuyen city), the An Giang Provincial Police Union , the Provincial Police Youth and Women's Committee, in coordination with the An Giang Provincial Blind Association organized a program to give gifts to blind people and students who are children of blind people in difficult circumstances in Long Xuyen city.
With the theme “Sharing love”, before presenting gifts, the delegation kindly visited, shared and encouraged the spirit of 150 blind people and blind people in difficult circumstances living in Long Xuyen city.
Accordingly, the delegation presented 150 gifts to blind people and children of blind people in difficult circumstances.
It is known that each gift is worth about 400,000 VND including: rice, cooking oil, sugar, daily necessities and cash.
The total cost of gifts in this "Sharing Love" Program is about 60 million VND, mobilized from socialized sources.
