Thereby, the Industrial Park Trade Union has recognized the establishment of a grassroots trade union (CĐCS) and admitted new union members at businesses including: Yundom Vietnam Precision Mechanical Processing Co., Ltd. (24 union members) ; Purity Vietnam Industry Company Limited (26 union members); Hiep Thanh Packaging Production Company Limited (29 union members) and Tycoons Vietnam Steel Company Limited (17 union members).
At the same time, appointing a temporary Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, operating for a period of no more than 12 months, must conduct a Congress to elect the official Executive Committee according to regulations.
At the announcement ceremony, representatives of the newly established Communist Unions pledged to bring union activities at the grassroots level into order and with practical results. Business representatives also said they would support and facilitate union activities at the grassroots, ensuring the rights of workers according to the signed and agreed contents.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks said that the establishment of trade unions at enterprises is not only an inevitable need, but also an urgent need to ensure the rights of workers, create create a transparent, fair and cohesive working environment; contributing to the sustainable development of the business in the future.
Currently, the Industrial Park Trade Union has established 13/15 new Trade Unions according to the assigned targets in 2024. In the coming time, the unit will continue to urge and mobilize to complete the assigned tasks in developing Developing union members and establishing new Communist unions at enterprises in industrial zones.
