Carrying out a series of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024), on the afternoon of July 30, the Standing Committee of the Labor Confederation of Bac Lieu City held a ceremony to admit union members, Established Grassroots Trade Union of GRAB 94 Bac Lieu Tourism Service Company.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Vice Chairman of the Bac Lieu City Labor Confederation - handed over the admission decision to 20 workers and decided to establish a provisional Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam consisting of 3 people.
The representative of the Provisional Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam launched and approved the Action Program, and promised that in the coming time, he would coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to well carry out the tasks set by the superior trade union , in order to take care of the Company. , protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees at the company, contributing to creating a harmonious and stable labor relationship to help the company grow more and more.
Mr. Phan Van Thuyen - executive manager of GRAB 94 Bac Lieu Tourism Service Company - said that he will create all conditions for the Communist Party Executive Committee to operate in accordance with regulations.
Mr. Bien Loc Toi - Head of the Propaganda Department of Women's Labor Union of Bac Lieu province - said: This is the first informal sector Communist Party established in Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu province. It is expected that in the coming time, the Confederation of Labor of Bac Lieu province will direct the Confederation of Labor of districts and towns to continue replicating the model and strengthen the campaign to establish grassroots trade unions in the informal sector in trade unions in the province to demonstrate the care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the informal sector.
