The conference was attended by more than 315 grassroots union officials from agencies, units and enterprises in the district. The training program focuses on introducing content on the concept and development trend of AI, how to apply AI in union member management, union communication, survey and grasp the thoughts of workers.
In particular, students have had access to popular AI tools today such as ChatGPT, Google Bard and some platforms that support text processing and information management to serve their daily work.
Mr. Hoang Trong Dong - Chairman of the Luc Ngan District Labor Federation, emphasized: "In the era of digital transformation, union officials need to proactively update new technology to improve operational efficiency, gradually modernize union work, and better serve union members and workers."
The training session not only provides technology knowledge, but is also an opportunity for union officials to exchange and share experiences in applying technology in practice at the grassroots level.
