On February 28, the Binh Thuy District Labor Federation (LDLD) held a ceremony to announce the admission of union members and establish the grassroots union of Nghia Dien 3G Company Limited. The event was attended by Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation Le Thi Suong Mai.
At the ceremony, the Binh Thuy District Labor Federation announced the Decision on admitting union members, establishing a grassroots union and appointing a provisional Executive Committee. Accordingly, the Trade Union of Nghia Dien 3G Company Limited has 91 employees admitted to the Trade Union. The Executive Committee consists of 5 members, Mr. Vo Thanh Liem is the Chairman of the Trade Union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Duong - Chairman of the Binh Thuy District Labor Federation - suggested that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union pay attention to developing working regulations; instruct union members to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws, especially issues related to the rights and obligations of workers.
For new union members, the Chairman of the Binh Thuy District Labor Federation hopes that individuals will try to fulfill their rights and obligations according to the Vietnam Trade Union Charter, participate in activities and respond well to movements and activities launched by the Union, contributing to building an increasingly strong grassroots union.
On this occasion, the Can Tho City Labor Federation presented 91 gifts to union members and workers at the company.
