Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Trade Union of Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company (Bac Ninh province) has just organized the "Trade Union Meal" program with many meaningful and practical activities for union members and workers.
Attending the program were Mr. Thach Van Chung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, along with leaders of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Hiep Hoa Commune Trade Union, leaders of Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company and a large number of union members and employees in the company.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the concern of the enterprise's Board of Directors and the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee for caring for the material and spiritual lives of employees; and emphasized that trade union organizations at all levels will continue to accompany businesses in building a safe, stable, harmonious and progressive working environment, contributing to improving the lives of union members and employees.
The highlight of the program is "Trade Union Meals" for nearly 7,700 union members and workers throughout the company with a support level of 55,000 VND/meal, an increase of 36,000 VND compared to daily meals.
Well-prepared and nutritious meals not only contribute to improving the quality of lunch meals but also show the practical concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization and businesses with workers in Workers' Month 2026.
Within the framework of the program, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation awarded the Certificate "Exemplary Enterprise for Workers" in 2026 to Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company to recognize the enterprise's efforts in caring for welfare, improving working conditions and building a humane and sustainable working environment.
Also at the program, the Company's Trade Union commended 21 officials and employees with typical technical innovation initiatives, contributing to improving labor productivity and business production efficiency of the enterprise.
On this occasion, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation presented 50 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at Ha Phong Export Garment Joint Stock Company, showing the timely concern and sharing of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers.
The "Trade Union Meal" program not only creates a warm atmosphere, connecting trade union organizations, businesses and workers, but also contributes to spreading the spirit of sharing, encouraging union members and workers to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to businesses.
