The Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor grasps the situation of business activities and gives gifts to disadvantaged workers on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor establishes working groups led by unit leaders to visit, grasp the production and business situation of enterprises and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
From July 17 to 22, the working groups came to work at 15 enterprises in the province's industrial parks and the communes of Yen Phong, Tan Dinh, Hiep Hoa. At the destinations, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor learned about the production and business situation of enterprises and the activities of grassroots trade unions; grasped difficulties, proposals and recommendations from trade unions and union members to find timely solutions to improve the effectiveness of grassroots trade union operations. At the same time, encourage employers as well as workers to build harmonious and stable labor relations, continue to compete in production, and build strong enterprises.
On this occasion, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor also allocated funds to give 150 gifts (10 gifts/enterprise) worth 1 million VND/gift to union members in difficult circumstances (belonging to poor households, near-poor households, sick leave, sudden accidents, occupational diseases...).
This is a meaningful activity to promote the role of representing and caring for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers of the trade union organization.
