On April 2, a delegation from Bac Ninh province led by Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province visited and encouraged workers and businesses; and at the same time grasped the production, life, and employment situation of union members and workers at businesses before fluctuations in prices and input materials serving industrial production at Suga International Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Que Vo 3 Industrial Park.
The delegation included Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders, specialists of the Industrial Park Trade Union, and local leaders.
Suga International Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is a foreign-invested enterprise, operating in the field of electronic equipment production, established in 2020, currently has about 1,300 employees, most of whom are local workers.
In recent years, the enterprise has maintained stable production, ensuring jobs and income for workers with an average income of 12-15 million VND/month; and at the same time, effectively implementing regimes, policies, and welfare for workers.
At the working session, representatives of the company's leadership said that despite being affected by the world economic situation and market fluctuations, the enterprise still strives to maintain production activities, expand export markets, especially in major markets such as the United States and Europe; and at the same time focus on improving working conditions and caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers.

Speaking at the visit, Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the enterprise in maintaining production and ensuring jobs for workers in the context of many difficulties.
Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council emphasized that, in the face of the complex developments of the world situation, businesses need to continue to be proactive and flexible in production and business, minimizing negative impacts on workers' jobs and income.
Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh praised the grassroots trade union organization for actively implementing many activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; and at the same time requested that in the coming time, continue to promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers. For workers, Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh wished everyone to continue to be attached to the business, constantly improve their skills and labor skills, contributing to improving productivity, product quality and building sustainable business development.
On this occasion, Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh requested trade union levels in the province, especially the Provincial Labor Federation, to continue to effectively implement activities of Workers' Month, towards celebrating International Labor Day May 1 with many practical contents, better caring for the lives of union members and workers.
On the provincial side, Ms. Lam Thi Huong Thanh affirmed that she will always accompany and create favorable conditions for businesses to develop stably and sustainably in the area. On this occasion, the working delegation presented gifts to union members and workers at the company to share difficulties in life.
The visit is a practical activity to promptly encourage workers, and at the same time show the concern of provincial leaders and trade union organizations for businesses and workers in the area.
