On April 1st, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized a working delegation at a number of enterprises to grasp the production situation, life, and jobs of workers. Attending were Comrade Tran Van Tuan, Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
The working delegation worked at two enterprises including: Sphere Vina Co., Ltd. (Bo Ha commune) specializing in manufacturing export garments and Daeyang Hanoi Co., Ltd. (Dong Dinh industrial cluster, Tan Yen commune) producing in the electronics sector.
Here, through grasping the actual situation, Comrade Tran Van Tuan welcomed the attention of the Party Committee, local authorities as well as trade union organizations, especially businesses, in propaganda and mobilization of voters who are workers in the area to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, contributing to the success of this important political event.
The comrade acknowledged the efforts of businesses in maintaining production, ensuring jobs, and fully implementing salary, insurance, and welfare regimes for workers. The comrade requested businesses to continue to pay attention to improving working conditions, improving the quality of meals, increasing welfare, and supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
In the coming time, the comrade proposed that the trade union organization continue to better promote its role as a bridge between the Party Committee and local authorities and businesses and businesses and workers. From there, effectively implement the work of supervising and grasping the employment situation; bring the voice of voters who are workers to propose to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels, gradually taking practical care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
With the worker team, comrade hoped that brothers and sisters would strive to compete in labor, creativity, and promote their abilities well in each production position, not only for the development of the enterprise but also for stable jobs and income for themselves. Comrade affirmed that Party committees and authorities at all levels in Bac Ninh province will always accompany and remove difficulties for the business community to develop sustainably in the area.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances who are working at two enterprises.
