On the afternoon of July 29, Emulation Cluster No. 3 - Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation organized the Conference "Listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026 with the participation of representatives of 22 grassroots trade unions in the cluster.
Attending and directing the conference was Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu - Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation.
At the conference, union members and workers directly expressed their thoughts, aspirations and proposed many issues related to employment, income, wages, insurance regimes, occupational safety and health, as well as welfare policies for workers.
Many opinions suggested that agencies, units and businesses pay attention to adjusting salaries and bonuses in accordance with the actual situation; investing in upgrading facilities and improving the working environment.
Strengthen the organization of periodic health check-ups and expand sightseeing, study, and exchange activities to improve the spiritual life of union members and workers.
Representatives of Emulation Cluster No. 3 and grassroots trade unions directly exchanged and answered contents under their authority. For recommendations beyond their authority, the organizing committee recorded and summarized them to report to the Provincial Labor Federation and functional agencies for consideration and resolution.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Ha Ngoc Tu acknowledged and praised the results achieved by Emulation Group No. 3 in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested grassroots trade unions to continue to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members.
Strengthen coordination with leaders of agencies, units, and businesses to improve working conditions, increase income, and ensure the full implementation of regimes and policies for employees.
At the same time, promote the representative role of the Trade Union organization in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
On this occasion, Emulation Cluster No. 3 - Provincial Labor Federation commended and presented gifts to 46 students who are children of union members and workers with excellent achievements in studying and training in the 2025 - 2026 school year.
