Cao Bang publicly discloses 295 units owing taxes, total amount of more than 197 billion VND

Cao Bang - A series of local businesses are owing taxes.

As of June 30, 2026, in Cao Bang province, there are still 295 organizations, businesses and business households owing taxes and other state budget revenues with a total amount of more than 197.2 billion VND.

According to information from Cao Bang Provincial Tax Department, many businesses have large tax debts, in which Cao Bang Forestry Co., Ltd. (Thuc Phan ward) leads the list with a debt of nearly 40 billion VND.

Next is Hanoi Industrial and Commercial Development Co., Ltd. owing more than 30 billion VND; Dong Bac Energy Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (Tam Kim commune) owing more than 23 billion VND.

Some other businesses also have significant tax debts such as Truong Minh Co., Ltd. (Hanoi) owing more than 9 billion VND; Minh Hoang Co., Ltd. (Thuc Phan ward) owing more than 4.4 billion VND; Cao Bang Hop Loi Joint Stock Company (Nung Tri Cao ward) owing more than 4.3 billion VND; Cao Bang Transport Construction II Joint Stock Company (Thuc Phan ward) owing more than 3.4 billion VND.

In addition to the above-mentioned businesses, the list also records many businesses, cooperatives, branches and business households in the province as well as some other localities still owing taxes, with amounts ranging from tens of millions of VND to more than 2 billion VND.

Cao Bang Provincial Tax Department said that the public disclosure of the list of taxpayers still owing taxes and other revenues belonging to the state budget is implemented according to the provisions of point a, clause 1, Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and point g, clause 1, Article 29 of Decree No. 126/2020/ND-CP of the Government.

Public disclosure aims to enhance transparency in tax management, raise awareness of tax law compliance among organizations and individuals, and at the same time urge units still owing taxes to urgently fully fulfill their obligations to the state budget according to regulations.
