On December 8, the Nui Thanh Commune Union visited and presented emergency support to the family of Mr. Tran Thanh Long, a union member of the Chu Lai Stone Joint Stock Company, who recently passed away from a serious illness.
At the visit, Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Phuc, Chairwoman of the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union, on behalf of the City Labor Federation, presented 10 million VND in support and expressed her deep condolences for the family's loss. Ms. Phuc said: "The Union hopes that this timely support will help Mr. Long's family reduce immediate difficulties and stabilize their lives."
Mr. Long's family is in particularly difficult circumstances. His wife is a worker with an unstable income, taking care of 4 young children of school age alone. Previously, during Mr. Long's treatment at the hospital, the Nui Thanh Commune Labor Union also visited and supported him with 2 million VND.
According to the Nui Thanh Commune Union, the unit always focuses on visiting and providing emergency support to "timely accompany union members in times of disaster, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love of the Union organization".
