On December 23, Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union organized working groups to visit, encourage and provide support to union members and workers in units and enterprises affected by the recent floods.
At the destinations, leaders of Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union kindly visit and share the difficulties caused by natural disasters, while encouraging union members and workers to soon stabilize their lives and continue to strive in labor and production.
According to Duy Xuyen Commune Union, during this period, the unit presented 305 cash gifts, each worth 2 million VND, directly supporting union members affected by floods. The funding source is taken from the finances of the Da Nang City Trade Union, in the program to support union members and workers affected by floods that occurred at the end of October 2025.
Up to now, the total amount of money that the Duy Xuyen Commune Union has mobilized and provided to union members, visited checkpoints and businesses affected by floods is up to 620 million VND.
Also on this occasion, Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union combined to grasp the living and employment situation of union members and workers, as well as production and business activities at enterprises in the area. On that basis, the Commune Trade Union recommends that grassroots trade unions proactively implement activities to care for the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo, ensuring that all union members and workers are cared for and supported, leaving no one behind.
