On March 25, the Trade Union of Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang city organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the Trade Union of AZGROUP Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
At the conference, the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union announced the decision of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on admitting 50 workers to the trade union organization; the decision to establish the Trade Union of AZGROUP Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and the Executive Committee of the company's Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan - Chairwoman of Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union affirmed the role, responsibility and necessity of the trade union organization in the enterprise, and congratulated the trade union and comrades in the Executive Committee and all employees of the company for officially becoming union members.
Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan proposed that the Trade Union Executive Committee assign tasks to members, develop work programs; protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, coordinate well with business leaders in grasping thoughts and aspirations, caring for the material and spiritual life of employees, building harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to the development of enterprises.
