The Grab Technology Drivers' Union of Da Nang city has just visited and presented gifts and cash to support 2 union members in particularly difficult circumstances, with funds deducted from the Technology Motorbike Taxi Union Fund.
This fund is formed entirely from the voluntary contributions of members of the Trade Union. In the context of still many hardships in work, the fund is still limited, but the spirit of "the healthy leaf protects the torn leaf" is always put first.
Representatives of the Trade Union shared: "We want to show the spirit of solidarity, helping each other in difficult times. These small gifts are words of encouragement for brothers to soon overcome adversity, stabilize their lives and continue to stick with the profession.
Previously, the Trade Union Fund also promptly supported: 5 union members whose families were damaged by floods (each 200,000 VND and necessities); supported more than 4 million VND for union members who unfortunately had accidents during labor.
The Grab Technology Drivers' Union of Da Nang city has been operating since 2024, currently has nearly 200 union members. Over the past time, the Union has had many practical activities in connecting, protecting and caring for the lives of freelance workers, helping them not to be left behind on the roads of making a living.
