On August 4th, in Cao Lanh City, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Nghi Phong Joint Venture Co., Ltd., under the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones, organized a football tournament to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones - along with hundreds of spectators, including company leaders, CĐCS members, and workers who came to cheer.
There were 150 players who are members and workers directly working in the company's sewing lines, consisting of 12 teams with 6 men's teams and 6 women's teams.
The tournament brought a joyful and exciting atmosphere, creating connections and exchanges among the athletes who are members and workers in the company. According to the organizers, the athletes competed with determination, a healthy sports spirit, full dedication, excitement, and intensity.
The teams created an extremely lively atmosphere, contributing many exciting, dramatic plays, beautiful goals, and some regrettable misses. The men's and women's football tournaments took place in a passionate and enthusiastic atmosphere, leaving many beautiful impressions in the hearts of each participant.
This was truly a beneficial playground, a healthy cultural environment, providing opportunities for members and workers to interact, learn, promote sports spirit, and physical training; at the same time, enhancing the effectiveness of coordination in professional work, contributing to the excellent completion of each assigned task.
After a day of exciting competition, the organizers awarded 8 official prizes to 4 teams that won First, Second, Third, and Consolation prizes in both men's and women's football categories, and also awarded 160 valuable prizes worth 20 million VND to lucky players in the lucky draw.
