Accordingly, couples in which 1 of the 2 people (or both people) is a trade union member in difficult circumstances or for other objective reasons are working at enterprise unions in industrial parks in the province. Having a marriage certificate but not having the conditions to hold a wedding ceremony (including cases with children) will receive many practical supports from the Trade Union of industrial parks and economic zones.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Thap Industrial Parks and Economic Zones - said: For Communist Party Unions with many union members who wish to participate in collective wedding ceremonies, they should be included in the annual work program. Based on the initial results of the number of registered couples, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Dong Thap industrial zones and economic zones develops a plan to organize a collective wedding ceremony, clearly defining the purpose, requirements, time, location, implementation method, estimated budget and resources, and responsibilities of couples and related entities. It is expected that the first group wedding will take place in mid-December 2024, at the campus of HIDICO Company - Sa Dec Industrial Park Branch.
In addition to financial support from the Union, the Trade Union of industrial parks and economic zones in Dong Thap actively mobilizes support from socialized sources of money, services, and products to organize warm, formal wedding ceremonies. .
Accordingly, support for a pair of wedding rings, 1 wedding photo (60cm x 90cm), 10 ceremony photos and 1 wedding DVD; Wedding cake, flowers, wine; makeup, wedding outfits, and support for up to 2 banquet tables (equivalent to 4,500,000 VND) and free drinks/banquet table for each couple and wedding night bedroom at a 3-star hotel.
Regarding responsibility, when couples are selected to participate in a group wedding ceremony, they must fully comply with the regulations of the organizing committee, such as: paying a responsibility fee of: 2,000,000 VND. After completing the wedding ceremony, the organizers will refund this entire amount. In case of force majeure and unable to continue participating, couples must report directly to the organizers 15 days before the group wedding. Violations of the commitment will result in liability according to the regulations of the organizing committee and liability fees will not be refunded.
On this occasion, representatives of Communist Youth Unions were also supported by doctors at Xuyen A General Hospital - Vinh Long to support 50 training classes (each class from 50 - 100 students) on "Initial first aid, prevention of prevent accidents and injuries” for workers at enterprises.
