Afternoon 9.8, at Sa Đéc Industrial Park (Sa Đéc City, Đồng Tháp), Cadovimex II Joint Stock Company for Aquatic Product Processing and Import-Export organized the 2024 Labor Union Delegate Conference and awarded scholarship to the children of union members and laborers who achieved excellent academic results in the 2023-2024 academic year.
The report at the conference showed that the Board of Directors, the General Director's Board, the company's trade union organization, and all staff members have made a commitment to overcome difficulties, strive to compete in labor production, and complete the targets, ensuring profit, and stabilizing employment for nearly 1,350 laborers.
At the conference, there were 23 instances of union members and laborers participating in discussions and contributing opinions related to policies, welfare benefits, meal allowances, sudden awards for improving technology, and business activities of the company.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Branch coordinated with the company's General Director's Board to present over 800 scholarships and gifts to the children of union members who achieved excellent academic results in the 2023-2024 academic year, with a total value of over 3 million USD.
