Occupational safety to protect the home for workers
Chu Se Rubber Co., Ltd. in coordination with Vietcombank Gia Lai Branch organized the Launching Ceremony of "Workers' Month" and responded to "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" in 2026.
At the same time, at the program, the unit presented 63 gifts to 63 workers in difficult circumstances.
Attending the launching ceremony were Ms. Do Thi Viet Hang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Vietcombank Gia Lai; Mr. Le Trung Kien - General Director of Chu Se Rubber Co., Ltd. and the entire company leadership and leaders of affiliated units.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Bui Duy Doc - Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union informed all delegates about the achievements and results of OSH work that the company achieved in 2025.
Specifically, the company spent more than 3.9 billion VND on hazardous training; over 2.8 billion VND for meals; 1.2 billion VND for labor protection equipment; more than 109.3 million VND to organize periodic health check-ups for employees.
At the same time, the company spent more than 69.6 million VND to serve propaganda, safety techniques, fire and explosion prevention; 68.7 million VND to implement labor hygiene, environmental monitoring and hazardous waste treatment; over 61.5 million VND to implement periodic training to improve knowledge about OSH.
In 2026, the company identified ensuring labor safety and hygiene as a core political responsibility, associated with the practical rights of each worker.
The company's leaders are committed to devoting all their strength, fully and seriously implementing mandatory items, with a total estimated budget for implementation in 2026 of more than 13 billion VND.
The company focuses on progressive labor relations
Mr. Le Trung Kien - General Director of the Company also informed delegates and employees about the production and business situation of the unit in the first months of the year, as well as the merger work.

The Company's Trade Union has played a very good role as a bridge, a reliable support in protecting and caring for the rights of employees," Mr. Kien emphasized.
In addition, Mr. Kien also said: "Ensuring safety for workers is protecting the company's greatest assets, which is preserving the happiness of more than 900 families behind them. Aware of this, the company's Board of Directors always puts OSH work at the top priority in all action plans.
Sharing with workers in difficult circumstances of the company, Ms. Do Thi Viet Hang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Vietcombank Gia Lai said: "In addition to supporting 50 million VND for 50 workers in difficult circumstances on this occasion, Vietcombank Gia Lai is committed to continuing to accompany the company in the coming time. In the immediate future, the bank will support the construction of a gratitude house for workers in difficult circumstances of the company during Workers' Month.
The launching ceremony of "Workers' Month" and responding to "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" is not only a meaningful activity but also a commitment from the leaders and the Company's Trade Union to maintain the fire of enthusiasm, turning activities to protect and care for workers into a regular and continuous task throughout the 365 days of 2026; thereby showing the determination to build harmonious and progressive labor relations.
