Attending the admission ceremony were Chairman of Hau Giang Provincial Labor Federation Le Cong Khanh, leaders of Hau Giang Industrial Park Trade Union and Executive Board of Grassroots Trade Union of Lee&Man Paper Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Through propaganda and mobilization work to help workers understand and grasp the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union and the work of developing union members at the company, the company's leaders agreed and voluntarily applied to join the Trade Union organization.
At the ceremony, 60 union members were admitted, bringing the total to 83 union members/1,000 workers at the Lee & Man Paper Company Union. The company's leaders continue to propagate to workers, striving to develop 100% union members in the first 6 months of the year.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Hau Giang Provincial Labor Federation Le Cong Khanh emphasized that the Trade Union needs to focus on working with business leaders to develop the business, mobilize people to join the trade union organization to propagate to those who have not joined the trade union organization, and make the difference between union members and workers. Only then will the company's trade union grow stronger, thereby contributing to the strength of the Industrial Park Trade Union and the Provincial Labor Federation.
On this occasion, the leaders of Hau Giang Provincial Labor Federation presented 60 union identification shirts to newly admitted union members.
