On September 27, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong Province) - said that the Trade Union of RAM Manufacturing Company Limited held an advanced model conference for the period 2025 - 2030.
The grassroots trade union currently has 12 trade union groups with 148 union members. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi My Dung - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, over the past 5 years, the unit has launched many emulation movements, notably the movement "Good workers - Creative workers".
Many solutions and initiatives have been applied to production, helping to save time, costs and bring high economic efficiency.
This is also the first time the grassroots union has organized an advanced model conference to honor outstanding union members, after being guided by the Mui Ne Ward Union.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc praised the achieved results and suggested that the trade union continue to maintain and develop patriotic emulation movements.
He also recommended that businesses pay attention to and create conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, effectively implement social security policies and welfare regimes for union members and workers.
At the conference, 10 individuals were awarded for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in the period of 2020 - 2025.
