On September 13, the Ham Thang Ward Trade Union, Lam Dong Province presented 60 gifts to disadvantaged families in Quarters 3 and 4 in the ward.
The people receiving the gifts are people in difficult circumstances, with serious illnesses, old and weak, workers in accidents, people with disabilities... whose list is approved by the neighborhood.
Each gift is 10kg of rice, worth 200,000 VND, contributed by the Ham Thang Ward Labor Union, mobilized benefactors in the area.
Ms. Tran Xuan Tham - Chairman of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union said that the activity is meaningful and humane, targeting families and workers in difficult circumstances.
The gifts, although small, are the concern of the locality and the trade union organization under the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and those in difficult circumstances to help them improve their lives.
The activity is also a meaningful part, welcoming the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ham Thang Ward, term 2025 - 2030.
At the program, the Chairman of the Ward Union and benefactors presented gifts to disadvantaged households, along with wishes for health and peace.
