On February 15, the grassroots trade union of a company in Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park (Ham Kiem commune, Lam Dong province) said that it had organized visits, condolences and support for the family of a female union member who died in a traffic accident after work.
The Trade Union presented wreaths and 5 million VND to promptly encourage relatives. Business representatives and workers also donated an additional 30 million VND to support. Many colleagues directly came to offer incense and share the loss with the family.
Previously, at about 4:30 pm on February 12 (December 25th of the lunar calendar), an accident occurred on the internal road of Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park, causing Ms. L.T. T. L (residing in Ham Thuan Nam commune) to die on the spot.

When leaving work, she drove her motorbike away from the company and was hit by a truck traveling in the same direction from behind. The incident was recorded by security cameras, the accident location was about 100m from the company gate. Ms. L worked at the company's product testing department.
The incident shocked workers when there was only one day left until the enterprise entered the Tet holiday. Related regimes and benefits, including Tet bonuses, have been fully paid by the enterprise according to regulations.
Visits and support are promptly implemented by the trade union, contributing to sharing immediate difficulties with families and showing responsibility to take care of union members and workers when encountering unexpected risks.
