On September 2, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor said that recently, provincial trade unions at all levels have actively promoted and mobilized union members and established trade unions.
Especially in non-state enterprises and freelance workers without labor relations. As a result, in the first 8 months of 2024, all levels mobilized 4,508 workers to join the Union.
Of which, 32 new Trade Unions and 2 grassroots Trade Unions were established. Many higher-level trade union units have exceeded the assigned targets for 2024 in this work.
Chairman of Duc Trong District Labor Federation - Mr. Luu Van Loi said that the Provincial Labor Federation has directed strongly and determined this work as the core and key task of the Union.
According to Mr. Loi, the superior trade unions directly at the grassroots level review and understand each enterprise. Assign trade union officials to approach and propagate to employers and employees.
The union regularly exchanges and obtains information from departments and communes and wards. This is the basis for developing appropriate propaganda and mobilization plans for each enterprise.
