300 union officials of communes and wards and chairmen and accountants of grassroots unions participated.
Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Permanent Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation has established 5 groups to direct the Trade Union Congress.
Currently, Lam Dong province has 11 commune, ward and special zone trade unions and will soon establish 6 more commune and ward trade unions. Teams of the Provincial Federation of Labor will attend and direct the Trade Union Congresses of communes, wards and special zones.
In addition, these groups will also select and direct grassroots unions with a large number of union members and workers. The remaining grassroots trade unions will be attended and directed by the Chairmen of the Commune, Ward and Special Zone Trade Unions.
According to current registration, the Trade Union of communes, wards and special zones in Lam Dong will complete the Trade Union Congress on October 29, 31 October earlier than planned. The grassroots trade unions, grassroots trade unions, member grassroots trade unions, and departmental trade unions are scheduled to complete the Congress before November 30" - Mr. Duong added.
Trade Union Congresses at all levels marked a fundamental change in the organizational model, an important political activity. If the grassroots trade union is facing any difficulties, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor will consider organizing a Delegation Conference, a Conference of All-Union Members/Expanded Executive Committee Conference on behalf of the Trade Union Congress.
