Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, on May 21, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks at Base 2 directed coordination with the Trade Union of Babeeni Vietnam Co., Ltd. Lao Cai Branch, to organize the program "Trade Union Meal" for union members and workers working at enterprises.
More than 400 union members and workers were rewarded with meals worth 100,000 VND/person, many times higher than usual days.

Full and nutritious meals not only help improve meal times but also show the concern and sharing of the trade union organization with workers.
According to records, the atmosphere at the program was cozy and close. After working hours at the garment factory, many workers happily chatted and had meals with trade union officials and business representatives.


On this occasion, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks at Base 2 also coordinated to present 4 gifts to support workers; Army English Center donated about 300 study vouchers for children of workers and laborers.
Talking at the program, Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks at Base 2 said that in the past time, the unit has always promoted activities towards union members and workers with specific and practical actions.
Trade Union Meals are not only an activity to respond to Workers' Month but also an opportunity for trade union organizations to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
Thereby, promptly accompanying, caring for and creating more motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time," Mr. Hai shared.



According to business leaders, not only during Workers' Month, but also every Thursday, the company increases the value of meals for employees to improve nutrition, help workers regenerate labor and feel secure at work.
In the midst of the machine running non-stop at the garment factory, full meals and sharing from the trade union organization have become a simple but practical source of encouragement, adding faith for workers to firmly stick with the business.
