Not stopping at material care, the program also creates a space for connection and sharing between workers and businesses. Representatives of the leadership and Goertek Vietnam trade union affirmed that employees are the most valuable assets of the enterprise. Therefore, besides production and business activities, the company always focuses on building a stable and humane working environment; regularly organizes cultural and sports activities to improve the spiritual life of workers. Through the program, the trade union hopes that each union member will feel concern, thereby being assured in their work and long-term attachment to the enterprise.
Speaking at the program, Comrade Tran Thi Van acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness of businesses and trade union organizations in implementing activities towards workers. She emphasized that specific actions such as improving the quality of meals, giving gifts, and supporting workers in difficult circumstances not only contribute to improving material life but also create spiritual motivation, consolidating the trust and attachment of workers to the business.
