On May 13, Cam Duong Ward Trade Union organized the Conference "Dialogue, Listening and Gratitude to Workers" in response to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
Attending the program were representatives of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of Cam Duong Ward People's Committee, and trade union officials, union members, and workers representing 43 grassroots trade unions.

Over the past time, trade union levels in Cam Duong ward have implemented many practical care activities towards workers such as "Tet reunion", "Spring of solidarity - Tet of love", "Warm hearts of patients - Full solidarity of union members", "Trade Union meal"... contributing to improving spiritual life and increasing solidarity among union members and workers.
At the conference, many opinions and recommendations from workers were received and answered directly.

The dialogue content focuses on issues such as employment, income, policy regimes, welfare, network security and digital transformation related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Representatives of units received and answered 11 opinions from union members and workers. This is considered an opportunity for levels and sectors to directly listen to the thoughts, remove issues that workers are concerned about, and thereby propose appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of caring for and protecting union members' rights.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Cam Duong Ward Trade Union Nguyen Thi Hue emphasized that workers are the force directly creating value, making important contributions to socio-economic development and maintaining stability in the locality.
The Ward Trade Union is committed to continuing to innovate operations, strengthen dialogue, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; and at the same time protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

Within the framework of the program, Cam Duong Ward Trade Union commended and rewarded 3 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in labor, work and trade union activities; and presented 11 gifts to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.
