Responding to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, the Trade Union of Apatit Vietnam Company (Cam Duong ward, Lao Cai province) has coordinated with professional departments to organize support for drinking and refreshing water for union members and workers directly involved in production in hot weather conditions.
According to the plan, the program is implemented in 2 phases, with a total budget of over 210 million VND, including products such as sugar and black beans to supplement energy, help workers cool down, and ensure health during work.
This activity is of practical significance in protecting workers' health, especially in harsh weather conditions. Supplementing drinking water and electrolytes contributes to limiting the risk of dehydration and exhaustion, ensuring labor safety and maintaining production productivity.
With the motto "Workers are the center of all activities", the program not only shows the concern and care of the trade union organization but also contributes to building a friendly and cohesive working environment, creating motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time.
