With the guidance and support of the Hai Hau District Labor Federation, since June 2024, Sen Bang Vietnam Company Limited has established a Steering Committee to establish a Trade Union and elected a Head of the Steering Committee. At the same time, it has developed a plan to propagate and mobilize workers to become union members to establish a company union.
At the congress, Chairman of the Hai Hau District Labor Federation Mai Xuan Hoa acknowledged the achievements of the Mobilization Committee in mobilizing workers to participate in the Trade Union organization. In order for the company's trade union activities to operate effectively in the coming time, the Chairman of the Hai Hau District Labor Federation requested the Company's Board of Directors to continue to pay attention to creating favorable conditions for the grassroots trade union to operate and assigned the task to the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to develop the regulations for the Executive Committee's operations.
In addition, the Executive Board of the Trade Union is requested to proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors of the company to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations and organize the signing of collective labor agreements. The immediate task is to organize a Tet reunion and activities to care for workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
At the congress, delegates elected an Executive Committee of 3 people and passed the Congress Resolution.
