Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Chi Thuc - Vice President of Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor - conveyed the contents and some theoretical issues on labor relations; skills and methods of union officials in preventing collective work stoppages and strikes without legal procedures; and participating in resolving collective work stoppages.
Right at the training session, delegates actively discussed, exchanged, and presented specific situations at their units, issues that need to be resolved when collective work stoppages and strikes occur without following legal procedures in enterprises to participate in discussions, learn and share experiences from other units.
Through the training session, union officials were equipped with knowledge, skills, and experience in consulting and answering legal questions in resolving collective work stoppages and strikes without legal procedures in enterprises, and methods and skills in handling situations.
In addition, affirming the role of the Trade Union in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees. Providing legal advice and support to union members, employees and employers to comply with the provisions of the law, minimizing violations and disputes in labor relations, sense of responsibility, and coordination methods between the Trade Union and employees. At the same time, it is a bridge to resolve existing problems and difficulties between enterprises and employees, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
