At Nam Ha Mechanical and Trading Joint Stock Company (Nghia Hung District, Nam Dinh Province), 150 female workers of the company listened to the propaganda and dissemination of legal documents on the Labor Code 2019, Civil Code, Penal Code 2015, Law on Social Insurance 2014 and Decree No. 105/2020/ND-CP.
At the same time, information on legal policies and regimes directly related to health and reproduction for female workers such as: being examined for obstetrics and gynecology once a year, receiving a maternity check-up regime, being transferred to a lighter job during pregnancy and raising children under 12 months old, not having to work at night, work overtime, work far away during pregnancy or raising young children, etc.
On the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8) and the 1,985th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising, at the ceremony, the leaders of the Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to 20 female workers. Representatives of Nam Ha Mechanical and Trading Joint Stock Company presented 150 gifts, in the form of products manufactured by the company to the employees.
