In 2024, under the direction of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor; cadres, civil servants, and workers at the Provincial Federation of Labor always uphold the spirit of responsibility and solidarity in performing assigned duties and tasks. 100% of departments, professional departments, cadres, civil servants, and workers register for emulation movements launched by agencies and agency unions. At the same time, participate in studying and disseminating the Resolution of the Party, the laws of the State and the Resolutions of Trade Unions at all levels associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style through specific and practical activities.
As a result, 4 professional departments achieved the title of advanced labor collective, 1 committee achieved the title of excellent labor collective; 5 trade union groups completed their tasks excellently; 26 cadres achieved the title of Advanced Worker, 4 cadres achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter. In 2024, the agency's Trade Union was awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The conference unanimously approved the Resolution of the 2025 civil servant conference and launched an emulation movement to carry out work tasks in 2025. The conference also elected the People's Inspectorate for a new term.
