On January 24, the Nghe An Labor Federation said that the Trade Union Working Committee has just organized the 2026 Conference of cadres and civil servants to evaluate the results of task implementation in 2025, launch an emulation movement and unify directions and tasks for 2026.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Comrade Kha Van Tam, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the contingent of cadres and civil servants; and at the same time proposed to continue to improve the quality of advisory services, strictly implement administrative discipline and order, promote democracy at the grassroots level, and meet task requirements in the new situation.
The Conference unanimously approved the 2026 Resolution with key targets such as: 100% of cadres, civil servants, and employees achieving the title of Advanced Laborer; 20% having initiatives and topics of experience; 15% achieving the title of Emulation Soldier at all levels; striving to improve living standards, increasing the base salary once/person/month.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 typical individuals with outstanding achievements in the workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2025.
