In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered incense and flowers and observed a minute of silence, expressing deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed themselves for the cause of fighting for independence and freedom and for the special solidarity between the two nations of Vietnam and Laos.

The activity is an opportunity to educate revolutionary traditions, express the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", and at the same time contribute to fostering the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos. This is also a practical activity to strengthen the close relationship and cooperation between trade union organizations of Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces in the coming time.
