On August 22, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Vinh Hung Ward Trade Union had just organized a working session with Viet - Anh College to propagate the role and functions of the Trade Union organization and the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers when participating in the Trade Union organization.
At the working session, Vinh Hung Ward Trade Union exchanged views on the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time provided information on activities to care for and support workers at the grassroots level.
The Ward Trade Union propagates legal regulations related to workers, and at the same time mobilizes the Vietnam - UK College to create conditions for workers to participate in the Trade Union organization, towards establishing grassroots Trade Unions according to regulations.
In addition, the Ward Trade Union propagates the implementation of regulations on trade union finance according to Decree No. 105/2026/ND-CP, contributing to raising the awareness of law compliance of units and employees.
Through the working session, Vinh Hung Ward Trade Union continued to grasp the operating situation, needs and thoughts of workers at the unit; and at the same time strengthened connections with agencies, units, and businesses in the area to mobilize the development of union members and establish grassroots trade unions.
The activity contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization, gathering workers, promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.
