On August 18, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that Dong Ha Ward Trade Union has just organized delegations to work with businesses that do not have trade union organizations in the area to grasp the operating situation, propagate, mobilize the development of union members and establish grassroots trade unions.
At the working sessions, the Dong Ha Ward Trade Union exchanged and propagated legal regulations on labor, the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time informed about the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the rights and interests of union members and workers.
The Ward Trade Union also guides and mobilizes workers to participate in the Trade Union organization, and at the same time exchanges with businesses about creating conditions to establish grassroots Trade Unions according to regulations.
Through this activity, Dong Ha Ward Trade Union continues to grasp the situation at enterprises, the thoughts and aspirations of workers; strengthen the connection between Trade Union organizations, enterprises and workers.
Thereby, contributing to developing union members, expanding the Trade Union organization, building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
