On August 15, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Song Con Tan Ky Agriculture Joint Stock Company has just organized the program "Raising the heat of summer - Accompanying workers" to encourage and share with union members and workers who are performing tasks of exploiting, harvesting and importing latex at units.
The activity was deployed during hot weather and difficult working conditions for workers. The timely attention and support of the Trade Union organization contributed to encouraging workers to feel secure in their work, maintain their spirit and complete assigned tasks.
Through the program, the Company's Trade Union continues to show its role in accompanying and caring for the lives of union members and workers; and at the same time create motivation for workers to overcome difficulties caused by weather, complete work, and contribute to the production and business activities of the unit.
