On August 22, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union organized a working session with Duc Thinh Stone Technology Company to exchange views on union member development and establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises.
At the working session, the two sides exchanged views on propaganda and mobilization of workers to participate in the Trade Union organization; and agreed on the contents of preparing dossiers, personnel and necessary conditions for establishing grassroots Trade Unions according to regulations.
According to the plan, Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union and Duc Thinh Stone Technology Company aim to complete the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union in early September 2026.
Duc Thinh Stone Technology Company currently has nearly 300 employees. The establishment of a grassroots Trade Union at the enterprise will create conditions for employees to have representative organizations, and at the same time help strengthen the connection between employees and businesses.
Through this activity, Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union continues to promote the work of developing union members, expanding the Trade Union organization at enterprises in the area; promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Thereby, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and creating a foundation for the Trade Union organization to operate practically and effectively right from the grassroots level.
