On March 30, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Merry & Luxshare Vietnam Co., Ltd. in coordination with the grassroots Trade Union organized a regular dialogue in 2026 with the participation of representatives of the Board of Directors, Trade Union and more than 100 workers.
At the dialogue, many opinions and recommendations of employees were directly listened to, exchanged and answered frankly and openly by the company's leadership. Employees also actively shared their thoughts and aspirations, contributing to creating a democratic and constructive dialogue atmosphere.
Through activities, the company's Board of Directors has more basis to grasp the actual situation, thereby proposing appropriate solutions to improve the working environment and improve the lives of employees. At the same time, it contributes to strengthening the connection and understanding between employees and businesses, towards harmonious, stable and sustainable labor relations.
In the coming time, Merry & Luxshare Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the grassroots Trade Union will continue to maintain and improve the quality of dialogue activities, thereby better caring for the rights and lives of workers.
