On July 21, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Hoa Son Asia Joint Stock Company organized the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" to implement the Plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation on organizing activities "Month of listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026.
At the forum, after listening to reports on the situation of union members and workers and survey results at enterprises, union members and workers frankly exchanged, dialogued and proposed many contents related to salary regimes, welfare, adjustment of regional minimum wage, quality of meals, working environment, retirement age for direct workers, workers doing heavy work or health decline; emulation, commendation and legitimate rights and interests of workers.
The opinions, recommendations, and proposals of union members and workers were received, exchanged, and answered by the company's leaders and the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation right at the forum, contributing to strengthening dialogue, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
On this occasion, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation presented 15 gifts, worth 500,000 VND/gift, to 15 workers in difficult circumstances; and presented 12 sets of English reading markers to children of workers and laborers.
The forum is an opportunity for trade union organizations to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; promptly grasp and resolve legitimate recommendations, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises. The gifts presented at the program show the concern and companionship of the Trade Union organization, encouraging union members and workers to overcome difficulties, feel secure in working, producing and sticking with the enterprise.
