On the afternoon of January 12, at WHA Industrial Park, Nghi Long Commune, Nghi Loc District, the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of gratitude to the Party" in 2025 took place, organized by Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union.
Attending the Program were Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, representatives of provincial departments and branches, Nghi Loc District People's Committee, Management Board of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone and more than 2,000 workers.
In his opening speech, the Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor said that the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" in 2025 is one of three large-scale concentrated activities at the provincial level in a series of activities to care for union members during Tet.
In 2025, with the motto "All workers in difficult circumstances have Tet", it is expected that about 20 thousand union members, workers with outstanding achievements and those in difficult circumstances will be cared for and supported by Nghe An Trade Union at all levels with money and gifts worth more than 20 billion VND, taken from the union's operation fund and calling for and mobilizing socialization.
In particular, Nghe An Provincial Trade Unions at all levels have spent more than 7 billion VND to organize activities to care for and support tens of thousands of workers in difficult circumstances during Tet.
The Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union gave gifts to 3,700 union members and workers with a total cost of more than 1.8 billion VND.
Affirming the profound humanistic meaning of the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party", the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation sent warm and happy Tet wishes to the delegates and all workers.
At the Program, the Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Nghe An province to 40 workers with outstanding achievements in production and labor; awarded 50 gifts to 50 outstanding workers, each gift worth 1 million VND.
At the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" this year, 1,350 workers received gifts at the Trade Union Welfare Booths, each gift worth 800 thousand VND, including 500 thousand in cash and 300 thousand in kind.
Within the framework of the program, there are also many exciting activities such as teambuilding, ensemble dancing, traditional Tet cultural performance space, folk games (making figurines, asking for calligraphy, bamboo dancing), fun games with prizes...
In addition, the Trade Union Welfare booth has a gift giving program for 1,350 workers.
