Speaking at the program, Colonel Nguyen Duc Tang - Deputy Political Commissar of the General Department of Defense Industry affirmed that in 2024, the unit had successfully completed its goals and tasks, making important breakthroughs in the term's mark. Those proud achievements have great contributions from the trade union organization, union members and workers.
"In 2024, despite many difficulties and challenges, the cadres and union members in the General Department have always believed in and implemented policies well, and strived to fulfill the set targets. The trade union organization has many innovations, doing a good job of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
Implement well the Trade Union Shelter Program of Comradeship, Welfare of Union Members, and Workers' Month. In 2025, the unit will continue to strive to achieve the set goals and targets. Support union members who are policy beneficiaries, strengthen propaganda and dissemination of laws," Colonel Nguyen Duc Tang emphasized.
The program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" organized by the General Department of Defense Industry aims to show care and support for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. The activities demonstrate the concern and responsibility of the leaders and union organizations towards union members and workers on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday.
From there, it creates motivation and encourages union members to work more productively and effectively, and become increasingly attached to the agency or unit.
At the program, workers of Factories Z115, Z127, Z131 organized many meaningful activities such as green banh chung wrapping competition, tug of war, men's and women's soccer competition, campfire, fireworks display. 14 booths with typical products of the factories were displayed for union members and people to visit and shop.
On this occasion, hundreds of gifts were given to union members and workers at factories Z115, Z127, Z131.
