On July 25, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture Co., Ltd., under the Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union, organized the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" to strengthen dialogue and promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
At the forum, with a spirit of democracy, openness and constructiveness, union members and workers frankly exchanged and reflected many contents related to working conditions, regimes, policies, occupational safety and health, material and spiritual life; and at the same time proposed solutions and initiatives to improve the production and business efficiency of enterprises.
The opinions and recommendations of union members and workers were directly listened to, exchanged, and answered by the Company's leaders and the Trade Union Executive Committee.
At the same time, businesses and Trade Unions are committed to continuing to research, remove difficulties and obstacles, improve working conditions, ensure the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building a safe and stable working environment and strengthening the cohesion in businesses.
The forum is a practical activity to promote the representative role of the Trade Union organization, strengthen dialogue at the workplace, and build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Through this activity, the Trade Union organization continues to accompany businesses in caring for the lives of union members and workers, contributing to building Song Hieu One Member Limited Liability Forestry and Agriculture Company to develop sustainably.
